My name is Raymie and I will be your guide here in Skagway.
I first came to Alaska in 1997 and instantly fell in love with this wild and rugged land. With a passion to learn, I studied at the University of Alaska and earned my certification as an Alaska Naturalist. I have also been a certified Wilderness First Responder, Swift Water Rescuer, EMT and Firefighter while volunteering for the Skagway Fire Department. Utilizing this experience and knowledge I have secured many exciting guiding positions including hiking, biking, rafting, kayaking, horseback riding and dog sledding. Now, with over 15 years of guiding experience, I am the proud owner of Midnight Sun Excursions!
